Information We Collect
- Account information from Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, such as email, provider identifier, display name, and profile image when provided.
- App account records, including user ID, provider, premium status, account timestamps, sessions, and display name.
- Fan predictions, leaderboard records, simulation usage, and match chat messages you create.
- Notification preferences, followed fixtures or teams, device messaging identifiers, and match notification topics when you enable notifications.
- Advertising consent status, advertising identifiers where available, and ad delivery signals handled through Google Mobile Ads and consent tools.
- Subscription and purchase status handled through RevenueCat and synced to the backend as premium state.
- Firebase Analytics events and Firebase Crashlytics diagnostics used to understand reliability and app usage.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide sign-in, live football scores, match simulations, fan predictions, leaderboard features, match chat, notifications, subscriptions, app safety, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and support.
Service Providers
Pitch Line uses Firebase Authentication, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Google Mobile Ads, User Messaging Platform consent tools, RevenueCat, app stores, hosting infrastructure, database, Redis cache, and third-party football data providers.
Sharing
We do not sell your account data. Data may be processed by service providers listed above, shared when required by law, or used to protect Pitch Line, users, and the service.
Security and Retention
Access tokens are required for account actions. Backend account deletion permanently removes the user record and configured related records. Some operational logs, provider records, store purchase history, or legal/security records may remain where controlled by infrastructure or third-party providers.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the app from Settings, then Delete Account. The backend endpoint requires an authenticated bearer token and permanently removes the account, sessions, simulation usage, discussion messages, predictions, and leaderboard records according to the current implementation. Children, International Transfers, and Rights
Pitch Line is not directed to children. Data may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing.
